SoulVision (“we”) provides entertainment and reflective fortune-reading features. Readings are not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
Data we process
Depending on the features you use, we process your account identifier, name, mother’s name, birth date, zodiac profile, language, city or coarse location that you enter, purchase status, referral and gift activity, reading prompts and generated readings, advertising reward events, consent choices, analytics, diagnostics, device and app information.
Why we process it
We use this data to authenticate users, personalize and generate readings, prevent duplicate distribution and abuse, verify rewarded advertisements and purchases, restore subscriptions, provide support, measure reliability, and comply with law.
Processors
Firebase provides authentication, database, functions and analytics. Cloudflare provides API execution, security and limited pseudonymous storage. OpenAI processes prompts using GPT-5 mini to generate requested readings. Google AdMob provides advertising and consent management. Apple and Google process in-app purchases.
Reading distribution
We may store a de-identified hash and limited reading metadata to reduce repeated distribution. We do not intentionally transfer one user’s personal profile to another user.
Retention
Local cache is normally retained up to 36 hours. Ad-reward and idempotency records are retained from 30 minutes to 30 days; anti-replay records may be retained for seven days. Account, entitlement and purchase records remain while the account is active and as needed for fraud prevention, tax, dispute and legal obligations. Deleted accounts are removed from active systems, subject to required backups and legal retention.
Your choices and rights
You may change consent choices through the app or device settings, restore purchases, request access or correction, and delete your account from Settings. You may also use our deletion page. Advertising consent can be withdrawn, although contextual ads may remain.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13. Users below the age required for consent in their country should not use the service without an authorized guardian.
Security and international transfers
We use access controls, encrypted transport, pseudonymous identifiers and server verification. Providers may process data in other countries under their applicable safeguards.
