Delete your account and data

The fastest method is inside the app: open Settings → Delete Account, review the warning, and confirm. This deletes the authenticated Firebase account and associated active profile, referral, entitlement and app data.

If you cannot access the app, email mehdi.rahbar22@gmail.com with the subject “SoulVision account deletion”. We may ask you to verify control of the account without requesting your password.

Deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days. Purchase and fraud-prevention records may be retained where required by law. Removing the app alone does not delete an account.
